It wasn’t much to go on, but the Woodstock police officer immediately followed it up. As the tipster – Tori’s mother, Tara McDonald – described the location

of Terri’s house, he drew up a map and figured out the address. From there, he learned the woman’s full name: Terri-Lynn McClintic. A check of police database CPIC revealed Ms. McClintic had an outstanding warrant for

breaching a court order. Det. Const. Kelly went to her home, told her he wanted to talk about Tori and arrested her on the warrant.
