Good concerns Rodster. I have bought toys for use with ladies who come to see me. For me the important part is the toys must be clean, clean, clean! And with that it's soap and water before and after use (at least 2-3 times) and unscented sanitizers.

A lot depends on the lady I see and their comfort in knowing that every in use is clean (and it is VERY clean!)
